The Palacios Preservation Association is led by Executive Director Grace Pierce, a seasoned Departmental Director and Program Manager with extensive experience in institutional leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement. Holding master’s degrees in Architecture and Museum & Gallery Studies, Grace brings a detail-oriented, research-driven approach to preservation while prioritizing education, visitor engagement, and inclusive storytelling. In partnership with PPA’s Board and community stakeholders, she is committed to safeguarding Palacios’ heritage and ensuring its history remains accessible and meaningful for generations to come.
